By creating an account on NowSovereign.org you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be 18 or older to register and purchase.
Sovereign AI is an AI-powered inventor research platform. You submit an invention idea. A simulated C-Suite executive team — powered by the Anthropic Claude API — analyzes it from 9 domains and delivers a Fund It · Fix It · Forget It verdict.
Credits are purchased in advance and stored in your Dashboard Wallet. Each research session costs 1 credit ($0.50). Credits never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may not use the Platform to submit illegal or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI system, create multiple accounts, resell AI outputs as professional advice, or disrupt infrastructure.
Your ideas remain yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you submit. We do not use your session content to train AI models. We do not share your ideas with third parties.
The Sovereign AI platform — including the executive framework, signal chain architecture, UI, and branding — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause. No refund is issued.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete all your data at any time. Use Account Settings → Danger Zone inside your dashboard, or contact us.
One session cookie keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
This platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Credits are delivered instantly to your wallet at the moment of purchase and are available for immediate use. The $0.50/session price reflects our actual AI API and infrastructure costs. Refunds would make that pricing impossible to sustain.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of these Terms and results in immediate permanent account termination. We maintain detailed transaction records and contest all fraudulent disputes.
No exceptions for change of mind, inactivity, dissatisfaction with AI output, or device issues. If you believe a platform failure caused a session to fail incorrectly, contact support and we will investigate at our sole discretion.
